Tiffany Porter brings over a decade of experience in the mental health field, serving individuals and families across Southwest Virginia. As a Qualified Mental Health Professional- Adults (QMHP-A), she has worked in diverse roles, including mental health and NGRI case management, restoration counseling, and collaboration with the court system. Her background also includes program auditing and quality assurance, where she developed a strong commitment to ethical and compliant care delivery.
In her role as Director of Human Resources and Compliance at True North Counselors, Tiffany oversees staff onboarding, credentialing, policy development, and operational compliance to ensure the practice maintains the highest professional and ethical standards.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory & Henry College and is recognized as a Qualified Mental Health Professional–Adults (QMHP-A) in the state of Virginia. She is currently pursuing additional professional training to further enhance the quality and efficiency of insurance management here at True North Counselors.
